Once a year, the museum hosts a World War II airshow which has over 100,000 attendees. On the second Saturday of the month from May through October, the museum also offers rides in a World War II-era North American SNJ military training plane or a Stearman Biplane, which was an open cockpit military training plane used in the 1930s. The Mid-Atlantic Air Museum is on the grounds of Reading Regional Airport at 1054 Arnold Rd. Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Admission is $8 for adults (13-64), $6 for seniors (65+), $3 for youths (6-12), and free for children 5 and under.
